  • Answering calls and registering Appointments/Orders/Tickets/Other Events within Beneficiary software platform
  • Collecting info’s during the call based on the Beneficiary instructions and send them to the Beneficiary email
  • Working hours: Monday – Friday, 10:00 – 17:00 CST and Saturday: 10:00 – 15:00 CST

The Supplier will provide the following resources in order to deliver the services:

  • Call Center Agents able to take calls in English and Romanian languages
  • The call Center infrastructure including a DDI number located in Beneficiary Area for forwarding the calls from Beneficiary phone numbers to the Supplier PBX
