Terms and conditions

Last updated: 19 October 2026 · English translation; in case of any discrepancy, the Romanian version prevails.

1. Who we are

The rosto.ro website is operated by ROSTO SRL, VAT number RO5801425, Trade Register no. J40/9904/1994, registered office at 166 Știrbei Vodă St., 010121 Bucharest, Romania (“ROSTO”, “we”). You can contact us at office@rosto.ro or on +40 31 005 0665.

2. Services

ROSTO provides call center, lead generation, marketing and online platform access services, based on a contract, an order or a quote accepted by the client. The content, price and timelines of each service are those set out in the contract, order or quote; these terms apply in addition to them.

3. Prices and invoicing

Prices are those in the contract, quote or invoice, in the currency stated there (Romanian lei, euro, US dollars or pounds sterling), plus VAT where applicable. Invoices are issued electronically and sent by email.

4. Card payments

Invoices can be paid online by card (Visa, Mastercard), including through Google Pay or Apple Pay, via the payment processor euPlătesc.ro (EuroPayment Services SRL). Payment is made on the processor’s secure page; ROSTO does not receive or store card details. The amount paid is the invoice amount, in the invoice currency. Any currency conversion fees charged by the card-issuing bank are borne by the cardholder.

A payment is considered made once it is confirmed by the processor. If the bank declines the transaction, the card is not charged and the payment can be retried from the same link.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Services are provided to business or professional clients, under the contract. If an invoice has been paid twice or an amount has been collected in error, ROSTO refunds the difference within 14 days of becoming aware of it, using the same payment method (to the card, for card payments). Refund requests should be sent to office@rosto.ro, quoting the invoice number.

6. Liability

ROSTO is liable for providing the services in accordance with the contract. We are not liable for interruptions caused by third parties (telecommunications providers, payment processors) or by force majeure.

7. Personal data

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy policy.

8. Disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes are settled amicably or, failing that, by the competent courts in Bucharest. Consumers may also use ANPC – Alternative Dispute Resolution or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
